Brooktynn Zendejas is a member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska. She is currently in her third year of law school at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Brooktynn is the Managing Editor of BYU Law School’s Journal of Public Law. She is also the Student Bar Association’s Vice President of Activities. Brooktynn has been an intern for the Washington D.C. law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, and this past summer she clerked for the Phoenix firm of Lewis & Roca. She was extended, and accepted, an offer of associate at Lewis and Rocca after graduation. In her spare time, she serves on the Board of Directors for Utah Legal Services, and as Director/Treasurer for Honor Indian Institute. Brooktynn looks forward to taking care of her parents in Phoenix during their retirement years.
