Honor Indians Institute would like to honor the Turtle Mountain State Bank for their grand opening held on January 17th 2008. The Turtle Mountain State Bank is located in Belcourt, North Dakota, on the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Reservation. It is the first American Indian owned bank in the State of North Dakota, and the first privately owned American Indian bank in the United States to be located on a reservation! If we are going to get turned down for another bank loan, it might as well come from an Indian owned bank! Honor Indians Institute honors the Turtle Mountain State Bank and wishes you great success!
